Good questions
What is term life insurance?
It covers you for a set number of years, like 20 or 30. If you pass away during that time, the people you choose get a lump-sum payout. It usually costs much less than whole life insurance.
How much coverage do I need?
A common rule is 10 to 15 times your yearly income, plus your mortgage and other debts. Mari suggests an amount based on your age, and you can change it anytime before you apply.
Do I need a medical exam?
No. There are no needles, lab visits, or nurse appointments. We price your policy from the answers you give Mari, so most people go from first question to covered in under 5 minutes.
Can my price change later?
No. Once your policy starts, your monthly price is locked for the whole term.
Who can apply?
US residents aged 18 to 60. Your term has to end by age 80, so older applicants see fewer term choices.
